Abstract
1. Preparation of Abstract
    A camera-ready abstract must be submitted for both oral and poster presentations. All the abstracts will be reviewed by the International Program Committee.

    The abstract should explain the contents of your presentation clearly. The abstract should be written in one-page of A4 (or US letter size) paper with margins of 3 cm (top), 5 cm (bottom) , 2.5 cm (right and left). Any colour figures will be printed as black-and-white, and it cannot be guaranteed that halftone (greyscale) images will print as expected. It is recommended that you use figures with high contrast.

    The abstract must be written in English. Detailed format of abstract can be seen the following files. PDF File, DOC File.

2. How to Send The Abstract

  • By e-mail:
    Please send the abstract to the workshop secretariat, medsi2006@spring8.or. jp as attached PDF file. The PDF files are not perfectly full-compatible over over many computer systems. Therefore, we recommend to avoid use of special symbols or Greek letters.

You must finish the registration before sending the abstract. The abstract without registration will not be accepted.

You must show following things in your e-mail when you submit the abstract.

  • Your registration number
  • The relevant topic to your presentation
    Please select from the list of topics of the workshop (see bellow).
The attached PDF file must be named as :
Ex.) Your registration number : 010
        Your family name : Kimura         >>    010.Kimura.pdf

    If you submit two or more abstracts,
         >>    010.Kimura.a.pdf, 010.Kimura.b.pdf, ...
